Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Your access to Premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my QR codes if I downgrade?
Your existing QR codes will remain active and continue to work. However, you won't be able to create new ones beyond the 2-code free tier limit. You can delete older ones to make room if needed.
What's included in the free plan?
The free plan lets you create up to 2 URL QR codes with custom colors, PNG or SVG export, short URL redirects via qrto.guru, and 30 days of scan analytics. It's a great way to get started.
Why upgrade to Premium?
Premium removes the 2-code limit, unlocks all 9 QR code types (including Pet ID and Calendar Event), adds advanced design tools — gradient foregrounds, rounded and dot styles, transparent backgrounds, custom "Scan Me" frames, and high-res export up to 2000×2000 — unlimited analytics history, and priority support, all for $2.99/month.
What's in Pro that Premium doesn't have?
Pro is for organizations running events — it adds Campaigns & Scavenger Hunts on top of everything in Premium. Create multi-station QR hunts where participants scan stations in order, collect digital stickers, follow hints, and unlock a prize (description or coupon code) on completion. You also get campaign analytics with completion rate and station-by-station breakdown. Pro is $4.99/month.
How does billing work?
Premium is $2.99/month and Pro is $4.99/month, both billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account settings and you'll keep paid access through the end of your billing period.
